Whenever I click Start and then All Programs, I get three columns of
programs. The problem is there has to be at least two or three more columns
I can't get to. How do I access the other columns?
Thanks,
Gene

Set the Programs menu to scroll
right click start menu, properties, advanced
(I think it's there, I'm on a 2k machine right now)

Each column of the start menu will be as wide as the longest name. Rename
the longer items with shorter names. This should allow more columns to
appear before you run out of room. You can do the renaming right in the
Start menu. Right click on any item and select Rename from the menu that
appears.
