All my .Net folders say Read-Only

Why would my .net folders (inetpub and folders below) say Read Only for all
my folders. When I change them (including the Inetpub folder) it takes a
little while to reset them and then when you look at them again - it still
show read only.

How can that be?

Thanks,

Tom

Your folders are not read-only. Notice that the read-only flag is gray, not
black. The gray means "not applicable." The read-only attribute is not used
for folders.
