All my forms disappear

Hi All,

I have an application in AC2003.

Sometimes on opening, all tables, queries, forms... everything disappears.
At other times it is just all the forms.

There seems to be no recovery apart from dumping the faulty mdb and
restoring from a backup mdb.

All references are in order and it seems to be a random event. It may work
fine for weeks then happen every day for a while. The user says that he has
done nothing different when it happens though I cannot verify that. The
Event log shows nothing out of the ordinary at the time it corrupts.

Is there any documentation on this behavoiur?

Hopefully others will contribute their experience also, but I have never
seen all objects go bad in an MDB.
