I have a business email account that I set up with a friend who offers
webhosting and email services. The problem is that when I send emails to
people programs like outlook file them as junk mail and they sometimes miss
my emails. Also, I sometimes send email from my sidekick II (aka Hiptop II).
When I send emails from my phone I "cc:" myself to that I have a record of
the messages in Outlook. The login for the email server combined with the
quirks of the sidekick result in a
"from:[email protected]@domainname.com". All of these messages travel
to my junk email folder too. Any ideas on how to force them to go to the
inbox? Outlook won't let me add it to the safe list, saying that it is an
invalid email address.
