Me too although I'm running as administrator or it won't remember passwords

The outgoing mail server name, your e-mail account username, or password is
wrong. It will keep asking for username and password until you enter ones
that work, even if you choose Remember Password.

Administrative privileges are irrelvant and unnecessary.
