All day Events - why midday to midday instead of midnight to midni

I am trying to transfer my calendar appointments to my phone (via bluetooth)
and the 'All Day Events' are being transferred as starting from midday on the
day in question to 12:59 (almost 1 pm) the following day. I thought they
were supposed to run from midnight to midnight.

Check the time zone settings on both devices. In Outlook check here: Tools
menu > Options > Calendar > Time Zone. Not sure where to check on your
phone...
