all-day events on shared calendar

Michael

Hello,

I'm working with a shared calendar folder called SERVICE
CALENDAR, used to show a schedule of service
appointments. I share this calendar with two other users,
one with Editor permissions and the other with Reviewer
permissions. The problem occurs when I set up a new
appointment, and set it as an all-day event. When the
updates are sent out to the other users, the user with
Editor permissions gets the information correctly. That
is, the appointment appears on the assigned day and only
for that day. However, the other user (with Reviewer
permissions), sees these all-day events as covering two
days, starting from 11:00 PM on the day the appointment is
supposed to occur and ending at 11:00 PM the next day.
I've looked at the settings on the Reviewer's Outlook and
everything appears to be normal. Could I have overlooked
something? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Michael

Check the Daylight Savings time settings under the Calendar tools option and
make sure that they match the rest of your network. Also, check the options
under control panel.
