All calendar info has disappeared in Outlook 2003

I had a power failure while running my XP Pro computer using OUtlook 2003.
When the computer restarted it told me my .pst file was corrupt and i had to
repair the file, which is what i did. All my emails came back just fine, but
all the info in my calendar has disappeared, which is a major crisis for me.
The bizarre thing is, the program is still reminding me of appointments that
i made as they come due, but i can't find the original info.

Many thanks.

Bill

All of Outlook's data is on a single file. If you can see your mail, yuou
should be able to see your calendar as well. Are you saying that when you
open your Calendar folder, it's empty?

Hi Brian.

Yes, when i open the calendar, it has no information, not even the holidays.
Given that the reminders appear, it's clear the information has been retained
somewhere. I have tried every permutation possible on how to view the
calendar. I can see old calendars available from the archive folder, but
nothing current.

Click File>Data File Management. Is the data store you think should be the
default actually the default? If you start Outlook once with the /cleanviews
command switch, does it make a difference? Calendar reminders can fire only
from the default calendar. If you're seeing reminders for current events,
then your default calendar must contain those events.
