Can I tell Outlook to NOT put all 3 email addresses in the To: section? Does
Outlook have an option to choose which email address I want to use?

Does
Outlook have an option to choose which email address I want to use?
brainstewn said:Well here's what happening, the autofill is not synonomous with the
address book so when I search for a contact using the search bar next
to the address book button on Outlook 2007 I find Jason but Jason
isn't in the address book or in autofill (nk2 file). So I click
email from the contact full view and all three of his email go into
the to vs. letting me choose which one I want to sent to.
brainstewn said:I did Milly's "Alt+K" and is seemed to work and just did your
"Ctrl+K" and it solved the Jason autofill issue.
It also put
Jason in the address book I may post a video on how I solved these
issues.

Folder and has nothing whatsoever to do with the autocompletion cache.

the address book doesn't have contacts in there that are in contacts and
on
autofill?
Watch this new video for best explanation.
Ciao, THANKS

brainstewn said:Thanks Russ that explains what I'm seeing but doesn't. I have contacts
that
are not in the address book view but are emailable so-to-speak via
autofill
and from the full contact view. My frustration is that I can't add
certain
emails/contacts to a distribution list.

you keep leaving out. State how your profile is configured. Are you using
Business Contacts Manager instead of Outlook?

OK I've been there a gazillion times but this is all I have to choose
from:
Show this address book first
~ Outlook address book
Accounts
Business contacts
Outlook Address book
~ Keep personal addresses in
Accounts
Business contacts
Outlook Address book
~ Add address list
Outlook Address book
Accounts
Business contacts
Outlook Address book
I've tried every options and combination before ever persuing help on this
discussion board and I see no "contacts" option and never have until your
latest post of even cluing me in that there was one. If you would like a
video I will make and send you one.

brainstewn said:Hi Russ:
Thanks for helping! I'm not sure how to be more plain than the info I
gave
you below or in my latest post. You told me that I have Outlook 2007
configured wrong when I have done anything to configure it its just as I
installed it. Plus I don't see what your referring to in Address book
view,
tools, options I see what I posted below which is not what you said should
be
there. I feel like I'm going in circles, I consider myself computer savvy
and all conspicuous options are not working.
Ciao
