Alert message

A few times, when booting up, an alert message appears just before the
splash screen comes on. The message flashes by too quickly to read, but
it begins with something about previous boots.

Is there anyway to track down the message to know what it says? I have
experienced no problems, but I am curious.

If the error message is BIOS related then look for a BIOS option that
implies a standard boot as opposed to a Quick boot.
This may slow down the boot process just enough for you to read the error
message.
