Alert message on incoming mail for non default mailbox

In my Outlook I have mye default mailbox open but also 3 other mailboxes I
need to manage (for which I have complete access).
Is there an easy way to configure the alert popup/taskbar enveloppe to show
up for ALL new incoming messages over all the opened mailboxes ?

Currently only the incoming messages in the default mailbox produce a message.

I already tried to do it with the rules, but the rules are not triggered for
non-default mailboxes as well (or maybe I did it wrong ...)

Do I need to use VBA ?

No. The best you can do is set up server side rules to send an email to your
address.
