alarm w/ BIG visual

I need something that will remind me to get off the computer after a
reasonable amount of time. I'm looking for an alarm clock with a big visual
event for the alarm (e.g. opens new window that stays on top and flashes)

I've downloaded different alarm clocks but I find that they only have
auditory alarms or the visual is quite minimal (small blinking clock face).
I don't have any sound on my computer and can't fix that right now so I need
something visual, not auditory.

I use ATnotes. It is a general reminder program & will put a relatively
large window in the center on the screen (or anywhere else you wish).

Break-O-Mat (12 KB) reminds you in regular intervalls to take a break.
You can set work and break durations, postpone a break for some
minutes and interrupt your breaks whenever you like (through a right
click). Break-O-Mat won't force you to take a break, but it at least
encourages you to do so.

You could use a BIG BMP picture to alert you that is time to take a
break. Another plus: it's a small and single file, no "install"
required.

Bluefive Software's Alarm is a simple prog that does exactly what you

From the site - "shows a small dialog or alarms you with a full screen
alert with your text"
I've set it up so I get a full screen message "Take a Break!" over the
top of everything so I can't ignore it, with an appropriate wav file from
Redneck Rampage.... now there's a blast from the past! (speaking
literally too!)
