I just hooked up my HDTV via a DVI cable and while the screen looks real
good, the max I can set is 640x480. Anyway to up this? The TV is capable
of 1080i.

Also, how do I adjust screen size and position?

I have the same problem. HDTV = Sony KV-32HS500, card = AIW 8500DV. I've
used
powerstrip and it doesn't really seem to do anything useful. Unfortunately,
the Sony HDTV
has no controls for vertical/horizontal size or positioning. Someone on this
newsgroup
recently recommended changing my video device (monitor) to a Sony GDM-W900.
This
helps because I can go up to as high as 1280 x 1024 resolution using the DVI
output
however the screen used is only a small portion of the overall HDTV screen -
I still get
black bars on the left, right, top and bottom - unused portions of the HDTV
screen. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
