Agent Functionality and remeberd actions

Hi, need some help installed product on two different
systems on the first system option to enable or disbale
individual agent action does not respond (nothing happens
when you click to de-activate and hence cant activate)
and remeber this action on pop ups doesn't seem to
remeber action, yet other machine fine.
Have got admin privalages on both and have reinstalled
product and downloaded latest patch. Still no improvement.
What am I missing?
Also tried regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware from the notification area, uninstall
Microsoft AntiSpyware, navigate to c:\program files and delete the Microsoft
AntiSpyware folder, restart the system, then install Microsoft AntiSpyware
to a non-default location such as c:\msas.

Nice 1, just performed action and all is ok, interesting,
the files that are left behind when you remove the
program. Will need to be cleaned up for the final release.
