Agenda doesn't open automaticly

Windows Calendar is supposed to remind you of appointments even when closed,
but this doesn't work, as far as I can tell.
Just open the Calendar, and keep it minimized. Then it should remind you.

For that reason I use the online Yahoo calendar. It can send reminders
via email or mobile phone text messages.

Actually, I use the Outlook calendar.
I've tried the Windows Calendar for testing purposes.
And I use the Google calendar a little.

I've used MS Outlook 2000. There was the "agenda"-f ile directly active when
I opens Outlook. So you get directly a message of an appointment.

Now I use Windows Mail. There you have to open the "agenda" first to get
those reminders. How can I change that?
