OK Ladies and Gentleman

Why Microsoft did not include this for us non programmers is a mystery.
I need to be able to see Mom's age in the Calander and on Contact
Information so I can send her a birthday card!

Anyway after extensive searching here in on the internet the only thing I
could find was to make a User define Field which I call Age and to use the
following formula:

DateDiff("yyyy",[Birtday],Now())

but this will not work! It returns her age for the year even if it hasn't
reached her birth month and day. How do I fix this
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/calcage.htm answer oes not work.

Come on Bill Gates give us a hand here, please.
I Don't have a clue on how to get it to put a reminder in the Calendar,
automaticly when someone's birthday is insereted.

To automatically put an entry in the Calendar for a Contact's birthday, open
the Contact and on the Details Tab, enter their birthday. It will show
annually as an event. I know of no way to manage the age aspect of your
question.
