Age Of Empires Gold Edition Multiplayer Online Problem

I recently buy a AOM Gold Ed. When I try online game in Titans Ex I receive
"Your CD key cannot currently be validated" error. I send an email to Ubisoft
about this they say "Unfortunately Ubisoft does not hold the online License
for the game, this is held my Microsoft. We would like to suggest that you
contact Microsoft for new online cd keys." So this is why I am here. I have
already tried these solutions but did not work;

I want to play online AOM as soon as possible. Thanks for your help..
