After I move PDC.

It was some hardware failed on PDC, it wend down and I
transfer (seize)
RID, PDC, Infrastructure Master, Domain Naming Master role
and Schema Master Role with Ntdsutil.exe to second Domain
Controller. Then I fix hardware in old PDC, bring it back
online and transfer all this roles back to old PDC.

Now I have some problems.
1) I'm trying to create DFS on the server (not on the DC)
and I'm getting error "The RPC server is unavailable"

2) In event log I found error: "No Windows NT or Windows
2000 Domain Controller is available for domain COVERS. The
following error occurred: There are currently no logon
servers available to service the logon", but I'm still
able to login to domain accounts.

3) Also in event log I have error: The Windows Time
Service was not able to find a Domain Controller. A time
and date update was not possible"

Please help.

Hi Alex. Sorry, but I do not know what the exactly problem is. However
I do know that you can have consequences if you do not seize fsmo roles with
care. Normally you do not need to seize roles if the dc holding those roles
is only going to be off line for a short while. I do know that Microsoft
adamantly states that if you seize roles from a domain controller, you need
to plan on never bringing that domain controller back online without a total
format/reinstall/dcpromo or you will experience problems. Running dcdiag on
your domain controllers may give you some more insight. I would suggest
posting your problem on the Active_Directory newsgroup as far as what to do
from here. --- Steve

dcdiag is passing everything just fine on both DC.
The interesting thing, that some servers and workstations
are working fine, but some giving me this Netlogon error
5719 in Event System log. So far I didn't see any logic
why some of them have this error, and some don't... :(

You should not have reintroduced that DC.
