After formatting hard disk c and reinstalling xp, can't play songs

After formatting hard disk c and reinstalling xp, can't play songs from hard
disk d, can’t find file although songs are in d.

Please help me, total size of my songs are 28GB.

Hopefully the slave hd was disconnected when xp was installed to C:,
otherwise the file(s) might be corrupted.If all is ok,then go to run,type:
diskmgmt.msc In msc,L.click on D: Go to actions,all,select "make active"
close out when thru.And/or,open my computer,R.click on D: Open,locate
the file(s),create a shortcut,move to my music or easiest to access...
