Adv/disadv of using Access built-in security tools vs build in db

Putting aside the grin for a moment, I know that the AccessUI for ULS security
is not that great, though it's adequate. Perhaps I just say that because,
usually, it's only used once (at the start of a project) and not TOO much
thereafter.

Here's one utility which gives a different view of the contents of ULS. It is
supposedly "just for learning", and it can be slow; nevertheless it can
display "forgotten or leftover parts" of your security setup, which is always
usefull to know (and near impossible through the AccessUI).
