ADSI Server Unwilling

Hi All,

I've just writen a script that creates a Global Group in
a Win2000 AD.
However when i run the command i get an error saying..
The server is unwilling to perform the command.

Any ideas what this could be?

This is odd, as you have just said that your script creates a global group.
Has it ever created a global group, or was that merely your intention in
writing it?

Any ideas what this could be?

Without anything further to go on, I would suggest that there is likely
something wrong with your script.

You may also be having problems in interpretting error messages, as I do not
recall ever seeing a message to the effect that the server was "unwilling".

Hi Al,

Finally get the script sorted. It was a problem setting
the group type and the security enable setting.
All done now with some help from Google groups.


The Exact error message was....

'The Server is unwilling to process the request'
Code '80072035'
