Every time I try to open a PDF file Acrobat reader uses 100% of my cpu and
crashesIE6. This happened with Acrobat 6 pro, Adobe reader 7.0, and Adobe
reader 5. I have disabled any add ons and uninstalled and reinstalled
different versions of acrobat. I have scanned for spyware using lava soft
and then microsft anti spyware. Using AVG to scan for any possible virus.
No spyware or viruses detected. This is a new problem and it happens when I
try to open a PDF through the browser or from a saved file. I have
downloaded al updates that I can find but still no luck. On process seems to
activate along with Reader but I don't know what it is for. The process is
csrss.exe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
