I'm having problems downloading Adobe Professional trail version to Vista -
it has saved the download in temporary internet folder - does anyone know how
to access program

People have had problems with this function because the download is
saved in a temporary folder to which you don't have permission.
Right-click on the file to download and save it in your Downloads folder
in your User directory instead.

Thank you - I've tried that but it says the action can't be completed because
the file is open in another program - I've gone into task manager but I can't
see the program open anyway - please help!

It's OK I've found it now - trying again
