ADMT Security Translation problems

When I try to use the Security Translation Wizard to migrate file permission in one machine, I get an error. The machine is in a NT domain with relations in both ways, I select in Source domain: (NT Domain) in Target domain: (2000 Domain), I Add the NT Domain machine and select the Files and folders, Shares, User profiles and User rights in the translate objects Window, in the Security Translation Options Window I select Add, when I run the process I get Install Failed, Access is denied, I look in the View Dispatch Log

In the NT Domain machine the Admin user of the 2000 domain is registered

"Access Denied" You don't have permission on source machine. The migrator
account must have local admin privilege on the source machine. And make
sure Remote Registry service is running on the source machine.
