Administrators on windows 2003 DC cannot access users dial-in tab

Steve

I have one Windows 2003 DC in my win2k domain. That machine is
running IAS and when I open a user account I cannot access the dial-in
tab. The user who is logged in to the DC is a memeber of every
administrator group. When I go to my win2k DCs there is no problem
seeing the dial-in tab. The error is:
Could not load the dial-in profile for this user because: Access is
denied.

TIA,
Steve

Are you using a beta version of Windows Server 2003? If so the
Admintools for some of the betas were missing the dial-in tab.

Thanks anyway,
This fixed it for me:
-Registry keys permissions:
Local Service should have READ permissions to the following keys:

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg\AllowedPaths

Select them in Regedit and then open Permissions for them (right click,
permissions).
