Administrator/Restricted login problem

Hi,

I've bought a software that, using a Microsoft fingerprint reader, control
staff access. Unfortunately, it only works with an administrator login.

Although I have some restrictions about leaving an adm login open, my main
problem is the clock on taskbar. Administrators can double-click on the
clock and change date/time. On the other hand, I need the clock to be shown.

Is there any way to disable taskbar clock and still show it?

Thanks,

Luiz Horacio
