Some users remove domain administrator from Adminstrators group in
workstation.
How can I add the domain administrator remotely? I cannot go locally in
workstation.

Your users should not be able to do this. Remove them from any
and all local administrative groups so they will no longer be able to
so easily sabotage their workstations.
