administrator password

We are running windows 2000 on a network. The network is newly set up. One of
my associates was activating a local network when the administrator password
screen came up. She left it blank as well as leaving the password blank and
hit enter. The machine rebooted and now we cannot log on. The screen asks for
a password and there was none put in. How can we get back into this computer?
Do we need to reinstall windows 2000 and start all over?

Good administrators plan ahead and create at least two
admin accounts so that they never ever end up in this
awkward situation.
