Administrator log in and rights

I had an eployee that just left and deleted her Admin rights/password. I did
have the forthought to back up her data but I dont have the orginal password.
I cant get in to the computer on any level to change password or create new
admin user. I cant even get the safe mode to boot. I tried F1, F8, F5, F12.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Run Windows setup on that drive (to a new folder). Log on as admin, and 'take
ownership' of the entire drive.
