administrative trojan blockers

Hi and thanks for your time;
I have for a long time now been looking at various types
of spyware catchers of all sorts and they all state that
they will find (most) spyware and trojans,
to my mind this falls far too short of eliminating the
possibility of a very sophisticated type of trojan or
other application relaying information back to the
perpatrator,
Would it not be an easy matter to find a way to select
all the registry entries which belong in the registry and
color them lets say the color blue, and then any
subsiquent entries which happen to appear of the wrong
color can be safely and easily deleted.

any comments wellcome,
thanks again Dick
