Administrative Password

Lucy

A friend of mine just got an old laptop computer from a
friend and would like to clean off the system of some
things that his friend has on it. The only problem is his
friend doesn't remember what administrative password he
set up when he first got his computer. Is there a way to
find out what that password was so he can take care of the
cleaning process.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I know I read in one of the Win Newsletters something
about it, but even though I save all copies there's too
many to go through to help him.

Thanks in advance,
Lucy
