When I change the time to daylight savings time my computer reverts back to
the old time after a few minutes. What do I do to make the time that I set
stay?

You have to open the services snap-in in the administrative tools. Look for
the service "time synchronisation" and stop it here.

Requires the "genuine windows" spyware-trojanware.

You mean WGA/N? No, it doesn't. You do have to pass the activex genuine
test though. If you're not inclined to do that, use Auto Update to get
the update.

Control panel>date and time>time zone, uncheck adjust time for daylight
savings and ok your way out.
