Address on envelopes too high in 2003

I've never had any problems printing envelopes, but I am trying to print an
envelope and it prints the address at the very top of the envelope. I've
tried changing envelope sizes, etc and it continues to print with about a
three inch bottom margin.

Modify the position of the frame in the Envelope Address style.
