address book in Access

I would like to create an address book that can be used for Xmas cards to
selected people. I would also like to have e-mail addresses and access them
from Outlook.
I have an address book in Outlook. Do I need two address books?

no, in access you can create a Linked Table to an Outlook file. In Access
2003, use File, External Data, Link Tables, change the File Type to Outlook
and you should see lots folders from Outlook and Exchange, if you are using
it.
