address bar

I have a problem with my address bar. When i open
internet explorer my home page comes up no problem, but
when i go to type an address into the address bar it will
not let me type. I can delete the address that is there
but i cannot type a new one. Does anyone have any
suggestions. My internet connection company has said
that it is not them and that my connection is fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check for spyware. Download spybot search and distroy and spysweeper by (webroot). Also check for viruses.
