Address bar Vanished

Hi... My address bar has like completely vanished and I
don't know how to get it back... It is checked in the
view/toolbars menu.... I have tried unlocking the
toolbar and dragging it out.... i am using IE6 by the
way... I also tried removing some registry entries to
revert it to default settings..still nothing..its not
full screen either so F11 doesn't help HELP!!!

Download IE Addressbar fix from here:

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]

I'm not sure if you've tried this from your message:

Right click the toolbar and make sure that Lock Toolbars is not checked and
that Address Bar is checked.
Grab the handle at the left end of each toolbar and drag them down. One of
them is probably hiding the Address bar.
