Address bar, redirected to some search website

If I type a website into the address bar such as:
www.yahoo.com
I am redirected to http://searchpage.cc/ The status bar
at the bottom initially displays www.nkvd.com.

I am somehow being redirected. Can anyone help

The same thing has been happening to me since two days
ago. I have deleted the cookies and reset my home page,
but searchpage keeps returning. What does seem to work
is listing those as "never viewable" sites under the
content tab, but turning content control on slows down
site loading to an unacceptable level.
