additional ram

Hey guys, I recently put 2 gigs of ram (crucial (2)x1 gigs) in my presario
v2710us notebook. when I look at my system properties it tells me that I
have 1.87gb of ram instead of the full 2. But the bios does say that I have 2
gigs installed. Any thoughts?

Built in Video on motherboard uses (128MB shared memory typical) the same
2GB memory as the processor.
