Adding Text Rollovers to Drawing Objects

How do I add 'mouse-over' text (ex. comments) to drawing objects.

I know you can add this to images (ex. .gif, .jpg) but I don't want to
convert my diagram becasue the text degrades... the drawing objects are much
cleaner.

Please help

You will need to have you image in one of the following format to be viewable on the web, JPG, GIF
or PNG

Drawing objects use VML graphics, which are only visible in Internet
Explorer 5.5 and later running on Windows. Other browsers will render
nothing, or poor quality .gifs instead.
AFAIK, You cannot add mouseover text to VML.
