Adding programs to the Task Bar

How do I add programs, or SC, to the Task Bar. My wife's computer has a
link to Firewalls, while my computer doesn't. I'm starting to play with
Home networking and would like to have my Firewall control more accessible.

How do I do that?

It was some good reading and tips but I wasn't able to do what I wanted. I
wanted to add a SC to the Windows Security Center on the Sys Tray. But, it
was beyond my ability.

I don't know if that is possible but if you go to the control panel and
right click on the Security Center and choose "Create shortcut" if will put
a shortcut on the deaktop, then drag and drop it onto the quick launch bar
which is explained in that article. That is as close as the taskbar but is
on the left side instead of the right side. I would be lost without my Quick
Launch bar, I've got about 30 programs on it.

work as well as what you are trying to do on the taskbar.
