Adding Music to email in Outlook 2007

[dlc2006]

I have searched high and low and cannot seem to figure out how to add
music into emails using Outlook 2007.... I have found many items for
2003 and earlier.. So does anyone know how to add music files into
Outlook 2007 where it will start playing when the music opens the
email?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone has to offer.

Not possible. Any automatically playing content would be a security risk
and hence 2007 doesn't let you do it. The recipients of your emails will
thank you for not being bothered with self-playing music in your emails
as well by the way.

So people pay alot of money for a program and as the program gain in
version more limits to its use are imposed. And thanks for your opinion
but me and a friend were making a special email that would have been
nice with music not an annoyance as you unknowingly implied.

Hopefully someone makes a mod to allow this.

A more secure program is in your best interest. I am pretty sure you'd
be screaming at MS if some malware were able to destroy or take over
your computer via a music file played in Outlook automatically.
Security comes at a price though...

I suspect he was fully aware what he was saying and that he was flat-out
stating that music would annoy a lot of receipients. Gltiz and glitter
rarely add content to a mail message, but just waste bandwidth. Like HTML.
