Drivers have their own installation programs. First, you need to have the
driver, you have specified nothing. Second, each setup routine may be
different so there is no blanket answer to the question. Your best bet is
to go to the device manufacturer's web site, get the latest drivers and
follow their instructions for installation or call the device manufacturer's
tech support to guide you through the proper installation of their driver
for the device.
