Adding data to a list

I have a list of data that I want to add to or subtract from and I would
like to be able to click on a button which would bring up a text box where I
could insert the new data then sort the new list.

thank you for that. Problem now is that I use the list for data validation
so I need to know how to extend the range of the list automatically plus I
would like the list sorted on close.
