Adding customized shapes to shapes toolbar

Is there any way to add customized shapes, that I had created using the
various default shapes in PPT 2007, to the Shapes toolbar so that I do not
have to copy and paste each time I need them.

No, you cannot really do that but you can save all your customized shapes in
a slide, and keep that slide in your Slide Library.
