Adding company logo to Ctrl Alt Del

Hi,

We have changed the background of where the ctrl alt del
screen is, but how do we add a logo to the ctrl alt del
screen. I've seen it on other company machines (such as
my mums lappy)

Is it a reg key like the background change ? Or something
more complicated ?
