Adding "Bubble" Help

Win XP, Word 2003

Hello, I'd like to add sort of "bubble help" when users hover over a select
bit of text a description of the text displays. Not quite sure how to do
this. Any help? Thanx!

try one of the following: footnotes/endnotes, hyperlink, comment.
