How can I add a disclaimer to all outgoing emails using
Microsoft Outlook 2000 and Exchange?

You can do that as a part of your signature.

Just setup a signature (I have my name, title, company
name and address, then the disclaimer beneath that, for
example).

You can do that from the Tools menu / Options, Mail
Format / Signatures. Check the options there for outgoing
emails, etc.

PS: Make sure you do that from the main Outlook menu, not
from the menu that you see when youn are writing an email.

What version of exchange?

If it's 5.5 for details regarding setting up a disclaimer message at the
foot of emails you can use Exchange itself without the need for any 3rd
party products. For details on how to do this refer to

http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q262/0/97.asp

If you want to spread your disclaimer over several lines inserting /par is
the same as having a carriage return.
