adding 10 seconds to the end of each slide

Is there an easy way to add 10 seconds to the end of each of my slides, when
I don't know the length of each individual slide? My 40 slides are of varying
lengths. They contain audio, fading objects, and motion paths. Once all of
the moving and sound has completed, I'd like to give my audience 10 seconds
to just look at the still slide and soak in the information. How can this be
accomplished?

One way:
In the animation pane, with the time line on, notice the last indication of
time for the last animation= the final time.
In the transition pane, select Automatic then put the final time+10

Another alternative is to add another animation that happens 10 seconds
"after previous." This can be an animation that takes place off the
viewable area of the slide so the viewers won't notice it at all.
