Add To Trusted Sites Context Menu?

Can I create this by adding the proper registry entries and script
page?
If I have something simple like "alert('Hello World')" in the script
page, it works, but if I try to access the current href, I get a
"Permission Denied" exception.

I want to surf safely (by designating trusted web sites) but I hate the
ordeal of dialogs and URL pasting to get this done for each valid site.
