Hello
I wanted to remove a file from my add/rem file but it says unable to find it
and wont let me remove it , how do you remove it completly. I am told i can't
remove a file by just deleting from where i did and that i have to delete
from add/remove only. This is driving me nuts.
I only deleted it from the icon and all programs file from the start button.
Can i get your expertise help please. Thanks Tony

1.Try this open my computer go to local disk (usually C) double click on it
go to program files and see if you can locate 'acdi' if so, right click on
it and delete. Empty recycle bin.
2. Click on my computer go to local disk (c) click on it then go to
documents and settings, and locate your user name account, double click on
it up top click on tools then folder options and go to view, and put a check
in show hidden files etc. hit apply and hit ok, now you are back in
documents and settings, scroll down to local settings click on it, open temp
folder and delete contents, when done go back and open temporary files and
delete contents close, all windows and now open control panel and then go
to add and remove programs, and see if it will allow you to remove. Should
be successful.

If you have not been into your registry I suggest you by pass this, as if
you make a mistake it may cost you dearly

3.Have you ever used regedit (your registry), if you have then I suggest you
go to your registry, export copy to your desk top and then go to edit tab,
then find and type in 'acdi and delete all instances of 'acdi ' as you
delete one, hit F3 it will take you to the next one and so on until
finished.
